By accessing or using the website at atoryco.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. Services provided by Recon by Atory ("Recon," "we," "us," or "our") under a separately executed project agreement are governed primarily by that agreement.
2. Use of the Site
The Site and its content are provided for informational purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, articles, and code, is owned by Recon by Atory or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use of Site content without written permission is prohibited.
4. Project Work
Services including 3D laser scanning, point cloud processing, scan-to-BIM modeling, and related deliverables are provided under separately executed project agreements. Those agreements will govern:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Accuracy tolerances and level of detail specifications
- Timelines, milestones, and payment terms
- Intellectual property rights in deliverables
- Confidentiality and data security requirements
- Warranties, disclaimers, and limitations of liability
5. Content Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep Site content current and accurate. Information on the Site is provided for general reference and should not be relied upon for specific engineering, design, or legal decisions without independent verification. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Recon by Atory maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
