Existing buildings rarely match the drawings that describe them. Tenant improvements, system upgrades, and decades of small modifications leave documentation that is approximately right and materially wrong.

Our team came up through decades of designing and building commercial projects. We saw, firsthand, how often drawings and reality diverged, and how expensive that gap was once construction started.
